3.Functioning mechanism:
Similar to the tetraethyl lead, cymantrene
can be split into small particles of active manganese oxides. Small particles than effectively merge with those super oxides already existed in the engine reducing the concentration of the super oxides before combustion and cut a part of chain reactions, thus ensuring delay of premature detonation of gasoline in combustion chamber, reducing burning speed and increasing ON of gasoline.
4.Functions of Cymantrene:
--Enhancing the octane number of gasoline.
Add 0,01% of HI-TECH-98 (volume) to the gasoline, with manganese concentration less than 18mg/l(National Standards in most countries), the ON of gasoline can be boosted from 2 to 5 more points.
--Increase engine driving power,decrease oil consumption.
unleaded 90#gasoline with HI-TECH-98 or HI-TECH-20 additives can increase engine driving power and decrease its oil consumption compared with 90#gasoline without this additive.
--Better soluble abilities with MTBE and ethanol.
HI-TECH-98 and HI-TECH-20 can be used well together with MTBE and ethanol blending in gasoline, this feature provides a convenient way of producing high ON gasoline but avoid using excessive blending quantities of MTBE which particularly would decrease the engine driving power if added over limits.
